The Scally Cap Directory is an independent, hand-curated list of the workshops, milliners and heritage brands still making the eight-panel scally cap and its cousins — the newsboy, the ivy, the driver, the flat cap.

Every maker on the directory has been visited online by a real person, not scraped. We look for evidence of actual production (a workshop, a story, named cloths), reasonable construction, and a working order page. We don't take payment from makers for inclusion.
